Poison Point

Timothée Gainet’s Poison Point project has been wrecking stages, tearing up live shows for several years now with its mix of frantic drum machine rhythms, screaming synths and Gainet’s haunting vocals.
The project was a duo during some years, releasing various Eps such as

on the Berlin based label Aufnahme + Wiedergabe an EBM banger with a coldwave mood fueled by a taste of techno.

They shared the stage with bands such as Adult (US), Qual (UK), Drab Majesty (US), Xeno & Oakland (US), Die Selektion (GER), Rendez-Vous (FR) Silent Servant (US) …

In 2022 a new album called ‘Poisoned Glovesʼ was released as a solely made up of founder Timothée Gainet which overhauls a lot of the project approach. But keeps its frenetic and fraught identity intact, allowing for moments of feverish energy and somber reflection to intermingle until they become delirious and inseparable.
